This 7 Day progressive retreat authentically explores the shamanic world of yoga, the directions of the wind and how to ride the waves of life as we embark on our personal journey. We will unite our physical, mental and spiritual bodies as we dive into this unique experience. We will travel through the 3 worlds of Shamanism known as the Lower, Middle and Upper Worlds. We will shed our skin as the serpent, step into our power as the puma and transform like the condor. We will continue to write our personal mythology and that which doesn’t serve us will be washed away by the spirit of the ocean.
This retreat is the perfect compliment for those who want to enjoy the transformative effects of yoga and surf within a beautiful and safe container.

ABOUT FACILITATOR ANTHONY ALCALDE
Anthony Alcalde began his journey as a healer in 1998. He currently teaches various styles of Yoga in Nicaragua and Internationally. As a yoga, acroyoga instructor, thai yoga practitioner and movement educator, he finds balance through giving and receiving. Thus celebrating the spirit of connection, empowerment and playfulness in his life.
Anthony is also an accountant, public speaker and award-winning documentary filmmaker. From his work you will see his passion for social justice issues and the relationship it has to his countries of heritage.
At this time, Anthony is happy to currently serve the Nicaraguan community and has a strong focus on sharing compassionate and positive communication in his teachings. His services offer an opportunity to reconnect with your inner light and grow the ability to heal from the inside out. He encourages his students to listen to their bodies, find their inner voices, and rewrite any stories that do not honor their truths.
