About the Retreat

We have carefully curated a beautiful experience for you to rest & recharge deeply in the jungle, alongside the Pacific Ocean with our own private yoga shala overlooking the spectacular views.

We will have two daily yoga practices inclusive of vinyasa yoga, kundalini yoga, bodyART, Yin yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions. You’ll have plenty of time to relax, surf and explore! Select classes will have a live DJ.

You’ll enjoy three organic meals daily. All food ingredients are grown on the property or by the properties local neighbours. The highest of intentions goes into the food preparation and service to nourish and offer a delicious experience. Permaculture educational workshops available upon request. Coffee, tea and homemade elixirs included as well.

We've dedicated over 15 years to learning, growing and sharing what we believe are some of the best movement, meditation and breath practices to get you out of your head and into your highest vibration.

Carmelinda Dimanno

Building community and watching people come alive is Carmelinda’s greatest joy!

Over the last 15 years as a yoga and fitness instructor Carmelinda has  been blessed to hold space for and encourage connection to self and others through mindful and fun movement classes.

Her journey in the world of wellness began as a late teen as she chose yoga as her main healing modality for the experience of anxiety and insomnia that she was going through.

Since then, the journey into becoming a yoga instructor, retreat facilitator and teachers teacher was a smooth and incredibly uplifting process.

She is certified in Hatha Yoga, Modo Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Yoga, bodyART and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping)

She is also a house music DJ and producer so you can expect her classes to include fun and soulful sounds.

Carmelinda is a retreat organizer and facilitator as well as on faculty of teacher trainings worldwide. She is often seen teaching at wellness festivals and events as well.

Carmelinda has also recently launched her own brand ‘Miracle House’ which encompasses all things movement, wellness events and music!

When not teaching or DJ’ing you can find her spending solo time studying, meditating and spending as much time with nature as possible… oh and she’s a major “foodie”

Amanda Negrette

Hey there! My name is Amanda. I am a person of many passions in life. Two of my biggest loves in this world are teaching yoga and travelling. I have completed many yoga teacher trainings including hatha yoga, vinyasa level one and two, yin yoga, restorative yoga, pre and post natal, acro yoga, aerial silks training and many little workshops here and there. I believe that there is always something more to learn and explore. Throughout my 20’s I spent my time traveling and backpacking the world. I have been lucky enough to visit over 50 countries around the globe and have a dream to visit so many more. In life, traveling has been the biggest classroom I’ve ever stepped into and I have learned the most from. It has made me who I am today and I have been able to appreciate all the little things in life that travel has put into perspective for me.

Now, I am a little less adventurous or lengthy when it comes to traveling as I landed my career in firefighting, a dream I had since I was a young girl. Being a firefighter has given me a whole other perspective on life and how things can change so drastically and so quickly. It reminds me to continue living life to its fullest. I live with my amazing partner, Ryan and beautiful Daughter, Lennon along with our three animals about an hour north of Toronto. Occasionally we have a foster pup with us too as we opened our home to dogs waiting to find their forever homes.

When I’m not at the fire hall or teaching yoga, I enjoying staying fit through other fitness modalities like weightlifting, dancing, hiking and I’m pretty much open to exploring anything new and fun. I look forward to continuing my journey through life as each day is a new day to be grateful for and I hope to inspire others to lead a life they are happy and proud of.
